I love smash burgers and was really looking forward to trying these guys for the first time. I bit into the burger and the bitterness and crunch was disgusting. I opened the burger and found that the burgers were burnt, not over cooked but burnt black and charcoal like. Instead of binning the burgers and recooking them properly, they covered them with sauce and sent them out. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. I am completely disgusted by this and cannot recommend them to anyone. Chips were nice though.

Food is absolutely amazing. The burger was superb and the amouny you get with the loaded fries was way more than we expected!
