I ordered large donner hoagie and it was no where near the size I normally get,It was like a small kebab put inside large container,Very poor portion size with bare minimum meat and chips,I eat all the time from here and never had kebab that small when ordering a large,And tempetures of food wasnt hot enough to eat i had to micro wave my meal before eating which made it not enjoyable and dry,Also my two cans of juice where put in same bag with the food which i think many be why the food wasnt hot enough and juice wasnt cold when I received my meal,I just felt I needed to let the team know incase for future,To lighten the issue to help going foward with easy fixed things next timeIm not messaging to make big issue as I really enjoy my food from paprikas but would like portion size thats appropriate and matches what I order for the price,If you would be able to arange refund or if you can a store credit is fine,That would be great,Thankyou

Pathetic doesn't come close to describe this order. 70mins after ordering, and 30mins over the estimated delivery time, I phoned for an update on my order. Fell off the chair when they told me they were just about to prepare it and blamed Scoffable for sending fake orders. Ordered direct from Punjabi Junction instead and they delivered in 20mins.👍

Food was excellent but this app didnt work properly and when you need to speak to operator you dont have a live chat its theoughn email which mate is something to update your app with just suggestion thank for your service and well done Nicos amazing food once again!

Perhaps reading the instructions from the customer would help. When a request for "NO cucumber" was added and the food arrives with cucumber through it, it shouldn't be a surprise that it completely spoiled my meal.A simple enough request, ignored.

Items missing and driver tried to charge me again when I had paid on the app
