Took way too long to deliver almost 1.5 hrs

The food is constantly good. Reliable. I never regret ordering from here.

Delivery service awful took nearly 2 hours to arrive and prawn tempura was cheap frozen pre made stuff with little to no prawn in it. Will never be back.

The food was very fresh and very nice.

Food is delicious, with generous portions and reasonably priced. What lets them down is overbooking ; they are on numerous apps; just eat, Uber eats, deliveroo and scoffable. The restaurant needs to have realistic delivery and collection times. Our order was confirmed as being ready for collection at 6.30pm on Friday and we had to wait in the reception area along with another six disgruntled customers. Our food wasn't ready until after 7pm. The staff were very apologetic, but the service is besmirching their good reputation. Again, the food was great btw

We waited 90 mins for our order to arrive. It would have been quicker if we just phoned Jasmine One and collected it ourselves.

My meal was on the dry side and could have been hotter.

JUST AWFUL. CHICKEN BALLS CUT UP LIKE MINI SAUSAGE ROLLS. THIS WAS NEVER A PREPARED MEAL FROM SCRATCH. SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE ALSO BOUGHT IN. SLIGHT PERFUME TASTE FROM SAUCE AND CONSISTANCY OF JELLY. I HAVE HAD POOR MEALS FROM HERE BEFORE BUT THIS WAS A DISGRACE TO CHINESE CUISINE.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. BLAND, TASTELESS AND EVERY OTHER NEGATIVE ONE CAN THINK OF. THE ONLY THING WHICH WAS OK WAS THER VANILLA ICE CREAM. ONLY A SPOONFUL THOUGH SO I WAS VERY MIFFED. I COULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND...THAT IS HOW BAD IT WAS.FOR THE ATTENTION OF GLEN HANLEY.
