Was given the order meanwhile I was given raw chicken that my son could have eaten due to lack of responsibility preparing it

Meal was amazing

They don't read instructions asked fir salt and vinegar and brown sauce on meal and they can't even do that apart from that meal was good

Order placed at 19:39 and only received order at 21:10, food was cold.

2 hours for a delivery when the time of order initally said up to an hour.

The food was great however it took 1 hour and 15 mins and was pretty cold when it came

Never had any cause to complain food was great as always

I regularly use hatley's chippy and have had no complaints. However on Tuesday l had fish cakes ( which are usually perfect ) but those ones fell to bits when l tried to cut them. Last night l had a mince pie and it was so hard l couldnt cut it.

Fish was great and order was ready on time great good great service

Top part of burger bun was burnt and hard

On this occasion food was delivered earlier than stated time and was hot

Late delivery and food was cold and so dry. Absolute waste of money

Frozen delivery took two hours order was incomplete really angry

Delivery always comes before the time they say when you order it

I ordered single spring roll and got single sausage which I dont like

Good and hot

Large chips seemed like a small portion compared to the amount of chips that come with a fish supper also the pakora didnt come with any sauce like it usually does.
