Email said 1hr 10min wait. Was 2 hours before it came and when it arrived the food was stone cold £10 order in the bin !! And £3 delivery is extremely expensive for a place half a mile away !!

Never got my roll or anything in place of it plus never got my tattie scone or anything in place of it and the wrong selection of square sausage as well other than that it was ok

Ordered lots of food last night. Daughter enjoyed her chips + cheese and cheeseburger, and I enjoyed my hotdog, despite it being on a panini rather than a hotdog baguette as written on the app. Having no teeth this made it harder to eat but I managed it. The chips that came as part of the meal deals were overcooked crinkle chips and greasy. The drinks we ordered (bottle of lucozade and 2 cans of coke) were cold but all stated they were from a multipack and not for individual resale so in this aspect they are breaking the law!The thing that makes them get a "terrible" review was the chicken and sweetcorn wrap though. First bite and I bit straight into a half inch long chicken bone! This could've cracked a tooth but given I don't have any it caused me significant pain in my gum! Didn't rush having another bite! I'd saved this until the evening so they were closed and I was unable to complain directly but upon contacting scoffable, who then contacted the Coal Miners Cabin (CMC) this morning. I was offered £5 off my next order from the CMC. Yea I'm not going to order from here again so requested a refund - which was refused on the grounds that I'd paid cash and they're not willing to bring it to me! TLTR: questionable food with bones in it and poor customer service upon raising issues!!

Friendly staff, good quality food, typical fry up breakfast. Definitely recommend

Only thing is got sent a can of juice instead of coffee and their was too much sauce on the rolls
