Food was Barely warm enough after an 1hrs and 30mins total await, had to Direct The delivery driver to my house from the store as he didnt know the area or have a sat nav, However food was just ok When it finally did arrive

Food arrived on time and was hot. The mixed pakora was lovely and the currys very good, chicken was moist. Nan bread had lots of garlic and was good.

1 hours and 30 mins for order to be delivered, along with no knock at the door. Food was decent, not very warm though.

Waited for two hours for delivery. Starters were not hot - and not what we ordered. Curry was ordered with Chicken tikka - I dont think so! The curry was sooooo hot there was no flavour at all and so greasy it was impossible to wash the containers. Unfortunate as we have ordered here twice before and the food was delicious and arrived on time. Wonder if there has been a change of chef?

Over two and a half hours waiting for food not good and Luke warm

Not the best experience. Ordered mixed grill which comes with a curry sauce, original delivery estimate 40 mins, but turned up after an hour and half, which generally speaking happens more often than not on pretty all scoffable takeaways so not too much of an issue. However, curry sauce that comes with mixed grill wasnt delivered and we hadnt ordered any other curries, so now weve got a meal with no sauce. Tried to call takeaway to be met with an automated switch board and no direct number to the takeaway. Sat on hold for ten minutes to be hung up on. Found another number which was a mobile, the person on the other end didnt seem to be in the takeaway itself and refused to believe the order had been delivered as his system wasnt showing it as delivered, despite the order sitting in front of me with no curry sauce. Eventually convinced him it had actually been delivered and he notified the takeaway the sauce was missing and we were told it would arrive in half an hour. Another hour and a half later the sauce eventually turned up, which ended up being the tiniest little pot of curry sauce, that wasnt even that nice and tasted more like carrot soup than curry. Thankfully we gave up waiting for the sauce and ate without. Squid rings also ended soggy and chewy due to the moisture trapping box with no air vents they are delivered in. Rest of the meal was okay, but the strange customer service setup and long delivery times ruined the experience.

Food was good portions aren't the biggest compared to other Indians in area however it was ample. The only bad thing was the delivery time stated 50 mins but was 85 mins.
