Ordered chippy sauce on items and there was none and pizza was disgusting

Food arrived cold and inedible

All squashed into small chip box for a full pizza , all stuck together, chips very small and all crispy bits not actually many whole chips and missing cheese.

The food is always excellent, piping hot and delivered quickly just not into it getting placed straight onto the cardboard as it soaks it and ends up sticking to it
